Manley Engineering and Associates, Inc. is a professional engineering company that has provided engineering services for public and private sector in the Greater Houston and Philadelphia areas since 1990. MEA offers civil and environmental engineering, planning and surveying services for land development, environmental and public works projects. Our clients include private developers, commercial industrial firms, municipalities, and governmental agencies.
Manley Engineering is a family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves not just on being able to respond to our customers faster than anyone in the industry, but on being able to build a strong relationship with each and every customer we have. We have found that by keeping strong personal ties with our customers we are able to serve them better. Not only is Manley Engineering dedicated to keeping the environment clean, its what we do professionally. Every day millions of gallons of waste water is cleaned and returned to the environment by plants we have designed, rehabilitated, or upgraded. Additionally, we are taking measures in our office and how we conduct business to reduce waste. We make extensive use of electronic files and communications to reduce our use of paper products. We also recycle our paper waste, use recycled paper products, and reuse ink and toner cartridges in our printers and copiers around our office. We are always looking for more ways to conduct our business efficiently in an effort to reduce waste and maximize the value to our customers while maintaining our Corporate Social Responsibly to the community.
